How to Overcome Challenges in the Workplace

“To be able to change mindsets, you need to have ‘Incubational Relationships’” because we have to accept the fact that we cannot avoid challenges in the workplace. The workplace environment enables us to experience firsthand challenges that will make us a more effective person. In doing so, Carlo Ople, PLDT’s VP for Digital Marketing Strategy, was able to face head on the most challenging problem he dealt with in the workplace.
